 Dried Shallot:

One of our most savory and delicious cookies, with dried shallots from Rockerbox Spice in Hudson, NY. Add a dollop of chevre and sprig of arugula and you have a delightful canapé. Wonderful with a cabernet sauvignon. 

Ingredients: Wheat flour, Butter, Powdered sugar, Dried shallots, Vanilla, Tequila, Sea salt.

 

Coconut Ginger:

A perfect cookie to go with bitter chocolate whether it be in a chocolate bar or ice crème. Try it with orange sorbet. 

Ingredients: Wheat flour, Butter, Desiccated coconut, Powdered sugar, Rosewater, Rum, Crystallized ginger, Vanilla, Lemon oil, Sea salt.

Nicasia:

A savory cookie that pairs well with many wines. Rosemary, lemon and smoked apple wood sea salt make this Savor, cookie special. Try it with any high acidic white wine, like a Gavi, Jura or Pinot Grigiot. There are approximately 30 cookies in an 8 oz. bag.

Ingredients: Wheat flour, Butter, Powdered sugar, Ground rosemary, Vanilla, Lemon oil, Apple wood smoked sea salt.

Naugatuck:

Birch extract mixed with maple syrup and candied cranberries. Savor's Naugatuck cookie's flavor combination is inspired by what is indigenous to New England, featuring Crow Hill Sugar House in Northfield, CT. There are approximately 30 cookies in an 8 oz. bag.

Ingredients: Wheat flour, Butter, Powdered sugar, Dried cranberries, Vanilla, Birch concentrate, Maple syrup, Sea salt.

Krakatoa Chocolate Orange Spice:

Created to pair with Champagne or other sparkling wine, imagine the cool bubbles washing down the hint of black pepper. We've used the crumbs to make a crust for a clementine cheese cake!

Ingredients: Wheat flour, Butter, Powdered sugar, Dark cocoa powder, Ground cardamom, Coffee liqueur, Orange oil, Vanilla, Ground black pepper, Sea salt.
