Olive oil contains anti-inflammatory antioxidants and fatty acids along with vitamin K and squalene, which hydrate the skin. It also acts as a natural anti-microbial agent. 

Comfrey leaf is high in Allantoin, which promotes rapid cell growth and the production of other tissues including cartilage, tendons, and muscles. (Allantoin is also found in umbilical cords!!)

Essential oils of wintergreen have strong soothing properties that are useful for treating muscle and joint pain. 

Ginger provides joint and muscle support through anti-inflammatory antioxidants.
