Nutella Stuffed Cookies
In honor of National Cookie Day, here's a super easy and unbelievably tasty recipe that has been well received in our house since first trying them out this summer. How can you go wrong with chocolate and Nutella? One helpful tip they don't mention: refrigerate your Nutella ahead of time to firm it up and scoop it out with a melon baller. Cold Nutella scooped out and then frozen....
...dough patted out into disc (it's very sticky-keep some extra flour handy!)....
...wrap the discs around the Nutella and top with salt flakes-ready to bake!
