Shipping Policy

*If you are local or coming through Great Barrington and  would like to pick up your order use code PICKUP at checkout to reverse shipping charges

Most orders ship within 24 hours, but with current delays in USPS/FEDEX/UPS, please get any holiday orders in early! We have no control over any shipping delays that may occur once items leave the shop! All 3 carriers have a recommended cut-off date of Tuesday 12/15 for Xmas delivery

*Free shipping on orders $50+ applies to US Lower 48 states only. Alaska, Hawaii & beyond, including all International shipping, are excluded from this promotion. This promotion also excludes in-store purchases of any items not currently offered on our website. Shipping promo valid when shipping to one location only. Drop shipping & special order rugs are excluded in this promotion unless otherwise noted. Items from either portion of the website (One Mercantile or Sett) can/will be combined to go in one shipment!

Tracking information for your order will be emailed to you upon shipment (if you provide your email at checkout). Most orders ship within 1 business day, some orders may take longer. We ship USPS, UPS & FedEx depending on order details. Anything outside of the lower 48 ships USPS. We are not responsible for returned packages if incomplete/incorrect addresses are provided by the buyer or a shipment is refused. Additional shipping & handling costs will apply for re-ships in those cases or the cost of shipping will be deducted from refunds of the item cost if it is not re-shipped.

Shipment Returns:
The cost of shipping an item back is at the cost of the buyer - we do not provide return shipping labels. Your item must return to us in original condition to be eligible for refunds/exchanges.
Refunds: Item is eligible for a refund minus the cost of shipping. Shipping charges are paid out to the shipper and are not refundable. (Your order was $100 and had free shipping. Our cost to ship that to you was $20. Your refund would be $80) 
Re-ship: Items can be reshipped after payment of new shipping charge if the address is changed/updated. Payment link will be emailed and once completed by you, your item will be sent back out the same or next day. Free shipping policy is for one shipment only and does not qualify for the second shipment. (Payment link would be for $20 if shipping to the same town)
Pick-up: If you are local and would like to pick up the item yourself, you can do so by choosing a time in the attached pickup chart (Free)
