Sett Return Policy

Thank you for shopping at Sett & One Mercantile. If you are not entirely satisfied with your in-store or online purchase, we're here to help. 

Returns: You have 30 calendar days to return eligible item(s) from the date purchased (in-store) or received it (online-based on tracking info). To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging and unaltered in any way.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non­-refundable.

A return can either be exchanged for store credit via an online gift card which will be emailed as soon as the return is received, or can be refunded to the card it was purchased with, minus a 4% credit card processing fee.

If you receive a refund, the cost of original shipping will be deducted from your refund. If you received free shipping on your order, the cost of shipping the item to you will be deducted from the refunded item.

Excluded items: Sale Items: Marked down sale items are not returnable. All sale items are final sale. Special ordered items are not returnable. Food items, bedding (sheets, pillowcases) and posters are not returnable.

 Damaged Items: If an item arrives damaged or broken please leave the item in original packaging and send a photo of the packaging and the damaged item to store@onemercantile.com

Credits can not be issued without these photos and we may request more so please do not dispose of any boxes, packaging or items until notified by us via email.

One-of-a-kind and handmade items will vary in shape, size, color etc. and are the nature of the product and will not be considered for damaged returns.
