Returns: You have 14 calendar days to return eligible item(s) from the date purchased (in-store) or received it (online-based on tracking info). To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging and unaltered in any way.
Refunds: Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.
Damaged Items: If an item arrives damaged or broken please leave the item in original packaging and send a photo of the packaging and the damaged item to our email below. One-of-a-kind and handmade items will vary in shape, size, color etc. and are the nature of the product and will not be considered for damaged returns.
Sale Items: Marked down sale items are not returnable. All sale items are final sale.
Special ordered items are not returnable.
Light bulbs, food items and posters are not returnable.
Shipping: You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. If you received free shipping on your order, the cost of shipping the item to you will be deducted from the refunded item.
