The perfect formulation to recreate a classic Manhattan cocktail as a non-alcoholic elixir. Port wine (alcohol-removed), grapes, raisins and Bittermilk's No.1 Bitter Formula impart the flavors of sweet vermouth, and a bit of cherry gives a nod to its traditional garnish. As it ages in bourbon barrels, it takes on notes of charred oak and vanilla, and the No.1 Bitter Formula (the base of our No.1 Old Fashioned) add complex bitterness to balance. Best paired with rye whiskey or bourbon.

Recipe For a Manhattan, stir 1 Part Bittermilk Manhattan and 4 Parts Rye or Bourbon with lots of ice. Strain into a cocktail glass, and serve up. Garnish with a brandied cherry.
