Designed for serious cooking and effortless serving, this large carving board is handcrafted in Khem's New York studio from solid American hardwoods. Its generous surface and continuous juice groove are purpose-built for carving roasts, resting meats, slicing vegetables, and catching juices without mess — making it a kitchen essential for everyday use and holiday cooking alike.
The sculpted silhouette features softly rounded edges and a tapered handle, fitted with a removable leather strap for easy hanging and storage. Thoughtful proportions allow the board to transition seamlessly from prep to presentation, whether you’re carving a roast at the table or building a composed spread for guests.
Variations in grain pattern, color tone, and natural markings are expected and celebrated—making every piece one-of-a-kind. Each board is finished by hand with a food-safe oil and wax blend that enhances the natural grain and allows for easy maintenance over time. Made to be used, refinished, and enjoyed for decades.
Dimensions: 17.25" x 14.25" x 1" thickness
Care:
- Wash by hand with warm water and mild soap.
- Dry immediately and thoroughly with a towel.

From KHEM: Many clients ask us if it is okay to cut on the boards. Yes! If you want the best of both worlds, use a jaw-dropping presentation; use one side for cutting and the other for presentation for special occasions. These boards are made for use!
