 Emma Jean: Coconut, lime, and Salamme hot pepper cookie. Wonderful with red wine, or pair it with mint ice crème. The inspiration for this cookie came while sipping Thai coconut curry soup. 

Ingredients: Wheat flour, Butter, Powdered sugar, Desiccated coconut, Lime peel and lime juice, Vanilla, Salemme hot pepper, Sea salt.
