Coconut, lime, and Salamme hot pepper cookie. Wonderful with red wine, or pair it with mint ice crème. The inspiration for this cookie came while sipping Thai coconut curry soup. There are approximately 30 cookies in an 8 oz. bag.

Ingredients: Wheat flour, Butter, Powdered sugar, Desiccated coconut, Lime peel and lime juice, Vanilla, Salemme hot pepper, Sea salt.
