It's that time of year again and what a strange year it's been. Holiday shopping won't be quite as easy as years past but we've put together a few tips and pointers and answered some FAQs here to help make things a bit easier!
Shopping in-person:Â
-Capacity of the shops are at 10 people! Please shop solo if possible, we can not accommodate large crowds coming through this year and the waiting line is outside in the winter weather.

We have had to recently take away the "pick up in store" option from our checkout (due to shipping customers choosing it in error many, many times) but nonetheless you can still choose "pick up" by simply entering code PICKUP at checkout. For credit card processing purposes, you will still have to enter your address for verification, but we will see your code when packing your order and contact you when it is ready! You can still combine items from both shops on the site and we will combine them for one easy pickup!
We're easing back in to being open for in-person shopping and both shops will open Thursday June 11th from 11-5 and be open through Sunday. At that point we will determine our hours going forward. We have shortened our hours and we will be open less days a week for sure and we will post here as soon as that schedule is set. If you are coming out to visit the shop please remember these important changes since the last time you were in:
-Masks are required for entry, must be worn for the entire visit and must cover your nose and mouth
-Sanitizing your hands with the provided sanitizer at the entry is mandatory
-6 foot distancing from anyone not in your group, including staff and customers is mandatory
Q: I'd like to pick up my order-how do I do that?
A: Choose PICKUP at checkout. Put a note specifying your chosen pickup time at checkout (See chart below for times) or email it to us at store@onemercantile.com
Q: I'd like my order delivered locally-how do I do that?Â
A: Choose shipping at checkout. If it charges you and your order qualifies for free delivery we will refund the shipping cost to you. Orders must be $25+ for local delivery. We will drop off your order to the address listed in the SHIP TO section. Please include any instructions that may be
Today, as we are at the 3 week mark of having to close up the shops, we were able to send over our first monetary donation to our local food bank, The People's Pantry. We have added a series of care packs (and are working on more) to our line-up to send out to friends, family, neighbors for birthdays, holidays and more. 20% of the sales of these care packs go directly to the People's Pantry to help support folks in need at this tough time.
